Project characteristics:

  • Le Mans Hospital Center, part of GHT 72,
  • MGP study, including the tertiary decree component,
  • HVAC scenario: -26% compared to the baseline, with €40 million in works,
  • HVAC + complete building scenario: -41% compared to the baseline, with €60 million in works,
  • Operation contract for heat distribution installations and softened water,
  • P1P2P3 on 20,000 MWh HHV of gas,
  • Duration: 5 years in MCI P1P2P3.

Results obtained

  • Future connection to the network of the new DSP Mans Nord Enr’gie,
  • 10,000 MW of subscribed capacity,
  • 100% local energy,
  • 100% renewable energy,
  • 0% carbon.

It was a real pleasure to work with an engaged client who collaborated with us to co-create a reliable, precise, and well-thought-out contractual tool to ensure: operational guarantees for the central boiler of a hospital where service continuity is paramount, and a move toward a future MGP market with guaranteed energy savings, within the framework of the tertiary decree, thus contributing to the energy transition. Shared technical and environmental values that allowed us to validate, in a second phase, the future connection of the Le Mans Hospital Center to the network of the new DSP Mans Nord Enr’gie.
