- HVAC + complete building scenario: -41% compared to the baseline, with €60 million in works,
- Operation contract for heat distribution installations and softened water,
- P1P2P3 on 20,000 MWh HHV of gas,
- Duration: 5 years in MCI P1P2P3.

Shared technical and environmental values that allowed us to validate, in a second phase, the future connection of the Le Mans Hospital Center to the network of the new DSP Mans Nord Enr’gie.
