Integrate the improvement of building energy performance into the multitechnical maintenance contract to align it with the overall energy approach of the CEA Grenoble center.

Our main missions

• Assessment, diagnosis of the contract, installations, and buildings.
• Feasibility study related to the implementation of a new contract incorporating energy performance improvements.
• Assistance with contract implementation.

Project specifications

A 70-hectare site comprising nearly 300 buildings, including laboratories, clean rooms, technical halls, classified installations for environmental protection (ICPE), and office spaces.

Results obtained

Implementation of an 8-year global public performance contract (MPGP) with performance commitments on heat and electricity consumption.
