Project specifications
- 5 hospital centers in Manche, part of the Mont Saint Michel GHT,
- 160 000 m²,
- 22,000 MWh HHV of gas under a P1 contract,
- 3,000 MWh wood under a P1 wood contract with contractual mix and incentives for using the most decarbonized fuel,
- Operation contract for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installations,
- Duration: 8 years in MTI P1P2P3.
Results obtained
Contract monitoring since 2020, ongoing.
It was a real pleasure to work with an engaged client who collaborated with us to co-create a reliable, precise, and well-considered contractual tool to ensure operational guarantees for a hospital where service continuity is paramount and guaranteed energy savings, which also contribute to the energy transition. Shared technical and environmental values have since bound us through a monitoring contract still ongoing in 2025.
